Return Policy
At Leigh Fowler Studio, every art print and canvas is custom-made to order just for you. Because we do not keep a warehouse of pre-printed stock, we ask that you review your order details and sizing carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged in transit or features a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost to you.
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us at [Your Support Email] within 14 days of receipt.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the defective area, as well as the packaging it arrived in.
Do not mail the damaged item back to us; once we verify the photos, we will fast-track a brand-new replacement to you.
Cancellations
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us within 2 hours of placing it. Once the printing process has begun, the order cannot be canceled or modified. [1]
Change of Mind / Incorrect Size

[Option 1] Because all items are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, choose the wrong size, or if the colors look slightly different on your computer screen.
[Option 2] If you are unhappy with your artwork for any other reason, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the print price (original shipping costs are non-refundable). The item must be shipped back in its original, protective packaging at the buyer's expense. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged on their way back to us.
